Subscription Terms – Macungie Ambulance Corps

These Subscription Terms govern participation in the annual subscription program offered by Macungie Ambulance Corps. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
Annual Subscription Program
Macungie Ambulance Corps offers annual subscription plans designed to help reduce eligible out-of-pocket costs associated with medically necessary ambulance transports, subject to the terms and conditions of the program.

Large Business (More than 15 Employees) | $500 |
Subscription fees are subject to change for future membership years. Updated pricing will be published prior to the applicable subscription period.
Program Eligibility
Subscriptions become effective only after:
- Payment has been successfully processed and accepted by Macungie Ambulance Corps; and
- The subscriber has provided all required enrollment information.
Subscribers are responsible for ensuring that all enrollment information remains accurate and current.
Important Program Terms
Participation in the subscription program is subject to the following conditions:
- Subscription coverage is not retroactive.
- Subscription fees are not prorated.
- The program applies only to medically necessary ambulance transports provided in accordance with the program guidelines.
- All ambulance transports will be billed to available insurance providers regardless of subscription status.
- Subscribers remain responsible for charges that are not covered under the terms of the subscription program or applicable insurance coverage.
- The subscription program is not health insurance and does not replace or supplement any health insurance policy.
Participation in the program does not guarantee free ambulance services under every circumstance.
Payment
Subscription payments made through the website are securely processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.
By submitting payment, you represent that:
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method;
- The information provided is accurate and complete; and
- You authorize the processing of your payment for the selected subscription.
Payment processing is subject to Stripe’s applicable terms and privacy practices.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once enrollment has been accepted.
Refunds may be issued only when required by law or approved by Macungie Ambulance Corps in its sole discretion, including in cases of duplicate or erroneous payments.
Privacy
Information collected in connection with subscription enrollment is handled in accordance with our Website Privacy Policy
Payment information submitted online is processed by Stripe and is subject to Stripe’s Privacy Policy in addition to our own privacy practices.
Changes to These Terms
Macungie Ambulance Corps reserves the right to modify these Subscription Terms or the subscription program at any time.
Any revisions will become effective when posted on our website with a revised Effective Date. Continued participation in the subscription program following such revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
