PA DOH Paramedic or PHRN
Experienced 911 ACLS provider
Current on ACLS, PALS, BLS
EVOC
NIMS 100 & 700
HazMat R&I
Successful completion of background check & physical.
BLS Provider Requirements
PA DOH EMT, or EMT-A
Experienced 911 BLS provider
Current BLS
EVOC
NIMS 100 & 700
HazMat R&I
